A small team in Valencia that answers its own phone
Sedna Media is a software studio based in Beniparrell, just south of Valencia. We are small on purpose: it means the person who designed your platform is the person who fixes it on a Saturday.
We say no
If a standard product solves your problem for less money, we will tell you. A bad fit costs us more than a lost project.
We stay after launch
Most of our work is with organisations we launched years ago. The relationship is the product.
We build our own product
Running MatchReady every weekend keeps us honest about what is easy to promise and hard to operate.
The team
A studio of ten, with all four disciplines in-house
Management, sales, support and development, with more than ten years of experience in the sector behind them. Everything your project needs is inside the team: nothing to subcontract and nobody to wait for.
Management
Agrees the scope with you before anyone writes a line of code, and answers for the deadlines and the budget until the project is live.
Sales
The first call, and the contact that does not change afterwards. They know your project, so you never have to explain it again from scratch.
Support
Handles the day to day from Monday to Friday and talks straight to the people who built your platform, without a ticket queue in between.
Development
Designs, codes and deploys. The same people who write the code are the ones still maintaining it three years later.
